How to improve speaking skills?

We all know how hard it is to practice speaking, so it would be best if anyone who practices speaking could have guidance from experienced speakers. That's the reason why forums like this are created.

However, forums have their natural disadvantages. One of which is that valuable information is scattered all over the place, making absorbing the info difficult. Sometimes this one factor really prevent people from studying more effectively and efficiently, though ways to improve are available.
